STELLARGIRL Sparkling is a 100% chardonnay blanc de blancs, hand crafted from three different vineyards in Sonoma County: ArchRock in the Sonoma Carneros region where warm days and cool, foggy evenings are perfect for growing chardonnay grapes; McGrath, a small family-owned vineyard in the Petaluma Gap where the fog and humid air from the bay provides slow, even ripening, allowing the flavors to develop consistently; and the third-generation Garibaldi Homestead in Northern Sonoma County, where the unique microclimate produces the tropical notes found in this bubbly wine. STELLARGIRL Sparkling grapes are picked while the acid levels are higher and sugars are lower, which creates its perfectly dry and slightly acidic profile.
